How can I process my return or exchange?

Click here to access our returns and exchanges portal. It belongs to the Reveni platform. In it you will have to enter the order number, which you will have in your email, and the email that you used when making your purchase.

On this same platform you can select if you want to make an exchange or return depending on your area.

You can return for free at our store in Madrid, Calle Fernando VI, 8 CP 28004 Madrid , Spain.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns to countries not indicated in the previous table, so you will have to manage and assume the return costs through the courier service you choose and send the products to the following address.

In the event that receipt of the return is subject to additional fees and taxes, the cost will be subtracted from the total amount of the return.


Refunds

Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund within 3 to 15 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase. The payment time will depend on your bank. We will send you an email when the return is confirmed

How does using a discount coupon affect my return?

In the event that you have used a promotional code in your order and want to return one or more items thereof, Compañía Fantástica reserves the right to charge you the original price of the item or items that you wish to keep if, with the return, the value of your order is less than the minimum value of the promotion.
