If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of making a return. Below, we detail the conditions and the different options available to carry it out.

How can I process my return or exchange?

Click here to access our returns and exchanges portal. It belongs to the Reveni platform. In it you will have to enter the order number, which you will have in your email, and the email that you used when making your purchase.

On this same platform you can select if you want to make an exchange or return depending on your area.

Remember: We only offer one free return per order in Spain Peninsula. Wild Pony reserves the right to charge €3.99 for the shipping value, which will be deducted from the total amount of the return in the event of a second return.

Return in store

Before heading to the store, pleaseclick here to access our returns and exchanges portal. This portal is hosted on the Reveni platform. To complete the process, you will need to enter the order number that you will find in your email, as well as the email address that you provided when making the purchase. Once this step is completed, you can make the return for free at our store located in Madrid, Calle Fernando VI, 8 CP 28004 Madrid , Spain.

Return at customer's expense

We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns to countries not indicated in the previous table, so you will have to manage and assume the return costs through the courier service you choose and send the products to the following address.

In the event that receipt of the return is subject to additional fees and taxes, the cost will be subtracted from the total amount of the return.


Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund within 3 to 15 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase. The payment time will depend on your bank. We will send you an email when the return is confirmed

If you do not receive the refund within the stipulated 15 days, you can contact our Customer Service team.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within a maximum period of 30 minutes after placing it.
