If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to make a return. Below we detail the conditions and the different options available to do so.

How can I process my return or exchange?
Click here to access our returns and exchanges portal. It belongs to the Reveni platform. You will have to enter the order number, which you will receive in your email, and the email address you used when making your purchase.
On this same platform you can select whether you want to make an exchange or return depending on your area.

Please note: We only offer one free return per order in mainland Spain. Wild Pony reserves the right to charge €3.99 for the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the total amount of the return in the event of a second return.
In-store return
Before heading to the store, pleaseclick here to access our returns and exchanges portal. This portal is hosted on the Reveni platform. To complete the process, you will need to enter the order number that you will find in your email, as well as the email address that you provided at the time of purchase. Once this step is completed, you can make the return free of charge at our store located in Madrid, Calle Fernando VI, 8 CP 28004 Madrid , Spain.
Return at customer's expense
We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns to countries and areas marked as "not available" in the table above. You will have to manage and bear the costs of return via the courier service of your choice, and send the products to us at the following address.

In the event that the receipt of the return is subject to additional taxes and fees, the cost will be deducted from the total amount of the return and remember that we can only take responsibility for the package once it arrives at our offices.
Refunds
Once we receive the goods in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund within 3 to 15 working days to the same payment method used for the purchase. The crediting time will depend on your bank. We will send you an email when the return is confirmed.
If you do not receive the refund within the stipulated 15 days, you can contact our Customer Service team.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within a maximum of 30 minutes after placing it.
